I created Move with Confidence because I wanted to offer something different — a safe, supportive space where people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
For me, confidence isn’t about lifting the heaviest weight or pushing yourself to exhaustion. It’s about knowledge, trust, patience, and learning to feel strong, capable, and at home in your body.
Movement has played a huge role in my own mental health journey, helping me build confidence and resilience both physically and mentally. That experience shapes how I coach — with empathy, encouragement, and a whole lot of understanding.
My goal is to give you the tools, skills, and confidence to move well — whether that’s with me, in a class, or eventually on your own.
Above all else, training with me should feel supportive, empowering, and fun!
